Boris is excellent; his estimate, knowledge and follow-up thus far have been great. Kam and his installation crew are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone needing a new furnace installation!!!!

I obtained 4 estimates before choosing Cozy World. One of the other estimates was for exactly the same furnace and Cozy World's price was substantially lower. So it was a no brainer as to who I was going to use! What impressed me about Boris was that he was very straightforward and didn't use any sales pressure at all when he gave me his estimate. Kam and his men were delightful! Very polite, very efficient and most importantly, for me, cleaned up the mess where the old furnace had been.
I would also mention that Boris was very responsive to my emails as I had some further questions regarding the Govt. Rebates.
Overall I am very happy with the services I received and would recommend Cozy World to everyone!

Boris did the quote himself which was $700 less than others. The installation team arrived when they said they would, were professional and courteous and there was no big mess. The air conditioning works great.

Exceptional service from both Boris & Kam. Boris is knowledgeable and he took his time to explain the rebate details to us. Kam and his crew was very professional as well. Kam took his time to answer all of our questions. They even sweep the floor after the install. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have only praise to what these guys do. The Furnace installation in my house was challenging because there was no easy access from the furnace to the external wall. Kam and the crew managed to do the installation to our 100% satisfaction. Boris helped us processing all the rebates, to ensure we get all applicable ones. I definitely recommend them if you are planning to install high efficiency appliances.

Boris Sherman and his crew were punctual, reliable and professional. They answered all our questions and gave suggestions beyond. The work, that included changing more parts than just the furnace, was completed in one day and they even swiped the furnace room in the end.I would highly recommend this company for doing HVAC work.

Had a problem with my A/C at beginning of the month and couldn't get anyone locally to repair in a timely fashion. One company said I was scheduled for next available and after waiting 2 days they called and said they were now scheduling for "next Friday" which was 7 days away.

Called Boris (I had purchased the A/C from Cozy World 3 years ago) and he sent people the next day. I am in Burlington, which is a fair bit from Concord so I was impressed that he could get someone here that quickly.

My second dealing with the company and I have only good things to say. Very professional and certainly customer service oriented.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I contacted 4 installers to put in my central A/C. Despite having central heating 2 companies recommended going with a ductless system which was twice as expensive per BTU. For the central A/C I received several quotes for around $3800. I figured it seemed like a reasonable price since it was quoted by three separate companies. I only found Cozy World when I did a google search for the AC model number and found the Cozy World site. I was surprise to see that they had a price list on their website. Transparency is not something that you get with most contractors. As surprised as I was, I was even more surprised that the price for the same unit was $1000 dollars less. After Boris came to my house and inspected everything he recommended I go with a smaller unit that would i) run longer but make sure the air in my house circulated more and would extract more humidity and ii) would better fit my duct sizes. I confirmed this by doing my own research and was happy that Boris pointed me in the right direction. Next, Boris asked why I was going with a 14 seer version if I couldn't apply for an energy rebate (this was a brand new installation). He said I could go to a 13 seer version (a small differnece) and get a difference coil that would allow me to get a 10 year parts and labour warrantee for $130. Wow! That is a great deal. On top of this going with a smaller unit and a lower seer saved me another $600!!

Now that would be reason enough to give Cozy World a 10 rating. But a problem happened. There was a mix up and the installing crew installed the wrong unit (a 1.5 tonne vs 2 tonne). While many would see this as a problem I am more impressed with how it was dealt with. Good customer service doesn't show up when everything goes well. It shows up when there is a problem. I called Boris the next day and he had the crew show up and install the unit the following day (on a Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work) and he charged me for the 1.5 tonne unit to make up for the mistake.

The unit has been installed for 2 weeks now and is working great.

If you are having HVAC work done you must call Cozy World! A company with this level of service deserves your business and your business deserves this level of service.

Our 25 yr old a/c finally died. I shopped around and found Cozy World to have great prices and thought there must be a catch. However, the service, response to questions and installation was excellent. Boris & Team- keep up the great work!
