Cozy World is an excellent service provider and installation company. Boris and his team will do what it takes to exceed the customer's expectations, from the initial quotation, to installation of your new system, and clean-up. I am just so pleased to find a company that is run on integrity and professionalism.

Boris provided a very competitive quote, along with a 10 year manufacturer extended parts and labour warranty on all Goodman components (including AC unit, compressor, and coil).

The installation team led by Fred, arrived a few minutes early on the scheduled install date, and had removed the old AC, completed some customized installation work, and had the new system up and running within 3 hours!

I would rehire and recommend Boris and Cozy World in a heart beat!

Fred is very professional, he gives you honest opinion and recommendation. The work is done on time and I have no issues or objections whatsoever. Excellent service, very rare to find these days!

I had 2 quotes for a new furnace, this one and the 2011 winner. Both were professional and respectable, but I choose Cozy World because I had complete confidence in Boris. He did a thorough inspection before the quote and there were no hidden/extra fees after installation. The guys showed up on time to install and covered the floor and cleaned up everything before they left. Definitely met our expectations and more.

We purchased a furnace and a fire place, from majestic indoor air. We converted an insert fire place with a direct vent fire place, this was the advice of Fred and it went really well and looks great! Installation was quick and clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Fred installed a gas fire place in my home during the christmas time period. He helped me select the gas fire place and then came on time on the weekend to install the fire place. His work was professional and to my satisfaction. I have utilized his services on more than one occasion and every time I have been satisfied with his work and the charges. There are many crooks out in the field who will not only provide you with wrong advice along with high prices. The irony is they are dangerous because of the lack of knowledge. I highly recommend Fred to others for the air conditioning and heating products.

My husband and I were looking to get a new furnace for our house, after getting a couple of quotations we were referred to fred, he was very reasonable on the products he was offering , he said all the furnaces break no matter what brand we get, his furnace comes with 10 years warranty . the brand he offers is not as pricey as other brands and still very quite and efficient
over all we are very happy with him and our furnace ..

I found majestic indoor air on yellow pages when my furnace broke down at 10 pm one night, good thing about majestic indoor air they dont over charge for after hours calls and they did a good job diagnosing the problem and fixing it

I must start with my experience with the biggest company in GTA they came to my house they changed my noisy venter motor and they charged a good amount of money, my venture motor was noisy but the furnace was still working and they didnt even leave me the old venture motor after afew hours after they left my house I realized the temperature of inside of my house was dropping . I called them back the same guy came back spend an hour he said its fixed and he left but still the same problem so I call them again they sent me another technician after almost 2 houres he had no idea what the problem was either I tell them please just put back my noisy venter motor but they didn’t even have that anymore.at this point I am really fed up,,A friend of mine suggested me to call fred (majestic indoor air) when I called him and after explaining the situation he told me what the problem was over the phone surely there is peace which is called restrictor plate must have been removed from the old venter motor and put on the new motor but these people didn’t know about that . fred bought me one of those plate and came by and fixed my furnace … and I will never trust anybody in my house but Majestic indoor air ..

Our furnace crapped out in October, at the start of the cold weather. I couldn't get a repair appointment from anybody with less than a two-week wait. A friend at work recommended Boris and Cozy World, and said he'd had a great experience. I checked him out here. The reviews looked amazing.
I called Boris. He came the next day, on Saturday, to look at the situation. I wasn't home at the time. He spoke with my wife. My wife knows nothing about house stuff. I was sure she was going to be overwhelmed, or that the guy would have tried to sell her his most expensive stuff. Instead, Boris took her through the options, and wrote out a quote on the spot. The price was great. I was a little reluctant to go with a Goodman furnace, which is what Boris sells, but looked into them and they had mostly good reviews. He came and gave us the estimate on a Saturday. I called him and said yes on Monday. By Tuesday, his installer was here with the furnace. They did a fantastic job. The install was neat, fast, really professional, and they walked me through how to work the furnace and humidifier. Another thing: they didn't have the warranty with them when they did the install. Boris said he'd put it in the mail. I was sure I'd never see it. (Can you tell I've had bad experiences with other companies.) Two days later, there it was. Boris even followed up on the phone and by email to make sure we were happy with everything.
I've never experienced such good service from a home service co. Never. I kept thinking there'd be a catch. There's not. These guys are just great. I wouldn't consider going with anybody else.
