I called Boris after seeing CozyWorld reviews on HomeStars. He was very informative and offered excellent suggestions during our initial arrangements. He provided a start date and stuck to the agreed schedule. The installation crew were very professional and meticulous. They cleaned the site upon leaving. I have had some follow-up questions, and Boris always responds quickly.

My 20 year old furnace broke down in the middle of January. Since I was desperate and many businesses knew it, their quotes were astronomical. Cosy World was a pleasure to deal with, their prices are fair, and the instillation impeccable. My Goodman furnace is fantastic, quiet and efficient. We decided to have a central AC system installed in our home this past summer. We did not have an existing central AC unit, but we already had the ductwork for forced air heating.

We got estimates from a few HVAC companies. We chose Cozy World over the others because of Boris and the competitive pricing of the quote. Boris seemed knowledgeable and honest, and didn't try to sell us something beyond what was needed. We ended up choosing a Goodman with a 10-year extended warranty.

Boris gave us a bunch of tips that were helpful too, like how to keep the AC unit clean and that it wasn't necessary to have the system serviced annually, as some HVAC companies would lead you to believe.

Prior to the installation, we had to make space in our front garden for the AC unit, which included moving a shrub.

The installation team arrived as scheduled. It took them about a half day to install the system because they had to run pipes and wiring. Overall, they were relatively neat and efficient.

I was a little surprised that they used a regular patio stone as the base for the AC unit with some limestone screening underneath to level it. I was concerned that it might shift over time since we had just dug up a shrub from that spot. So far, it has been OK. I am hoping that if it does shift, the warranty will cover any adjustments that might need to be made in the future.

After the installation was done, Boris called us to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly. He also reminded us to register the product on Goodman's website, so that the 10-year extended warranty was put into effect.

The AC unit worked well over its first summer of use and we are happy with the service provided by Cozy World. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future HVAC work in our home.

Boris came over within a day of request and gave us the best quote with a great guarantee. His installer did a very clean and neat job shortly thereafter.

I love dealing with owner/operators because of how hard they work to build and maintain their reputation, and Fred completely fits this description. From our initial conversation to his prompt visit, including clear explanations on some aspects of maintaining our Lennox furnace and finally, his super fair/competitive price, I know I've found an HVAC professional for life. I hired majestic indoor air to install a new furnace in my house last year. everything sounded great from the beginning when Fred came to my house I was very impressed with things he mentioned and the way he described how they would do the job . I did shop around maybe i got couple prices that was slightly less than majestic indoor air but Fred sounded more professorial, he mentioned things that other companies didn't. I chose majestic indoor air and let me tell you I made an excellent choice they protected my floor the whole time they were working they sealed all the holes they had to make. and the whole job looks very nice and neat
next time I need a HVAC guys I only diffidently call majestic indoor air

we just bought a new house first winter my furnace stopped working I called majestic the technician showed up at my house it was a minor problem he fixed it for a service charge only and he mentioned my furnace was installed only with one pipe and it was very easy to run a new vent pipe since my furnace is right beside the wall he had the stuff and for alittle more money he ran a new pipe for my furnace intake these guys are very professorial I highly recommend them

my furnace fan started making a grinding I called majestic indoor air to get a quotation for a new furnace because I thought that would be a way to go, fred came by he checked everything he told me my furnace is only 8 years old which I didn't know, and he said i could fix the same furnace for 250 dollars if it was anyone els he would try to sell me a new furnace I changed the motor of my furnace fan the furnace works like a new furnace now . fred is very honest and treats your house like its his own house

I called majestic indoor when my water heater stopped working,, the technician found the problem very fast and only charged me a service charge only ( dirty sensor) ..I highly recommend this company
