My furnace stopped working on a cold Saturday night. Fred scheduled me on Sunday morning to diagnose the problem a faulty ventur motor. He took the time to find the needed part on the same day and returned to put it on my furnace was working again by 10 am that day. He took the time to explain about anything he did in my house he really undrestand the importance of customer service: he was extremely prompt, professional and courteous. He answered all my questions

Our house was very dry! we had a humidifier we thought it was working and we were looking for another solution we called Fred, he came to our house he showed us what the problem was with our humidifier which was not worth fixing he installed us a new humidifier now we sleep better and our house is not as dry,. This morning I suddenly find my thermostat at 62F. I have a 15 month old so one can understand how concerned I was. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Cozy World. Fred was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the options to fix the issue. He then replaced the center module part and we were up and running in no time. The furnace is actually working better than it was before.

In March 2010 Cozy World installed a new furnace and water heater in my basement. Service was excellent; all equipment is still working perfectly well. This year, during the basement renovation in my absence, something was made to the furnace and it stopped operating. Just when it was good below zero outside. I discovered it late in the night and did not know where to call and where to look for help. Cozy World, after 3 years past, responded my call for help. Boris, the owner of Cozy World, immediately understood that I was freezing in my cold house in absence of working furnace. Fred came early in the morning despite the fact that he had a lot of scheduled visits that morning. He was so skilled and professional that the damage was diagnosed in a minute, my furnace was repaired, and my house and I were saved! Great job, Fred! I am so grateful to Boris and Fred, real professionals, very responsible and sympathetic people. Strongly recommend this company to everybody.

Contacted Majestic when my furnace was making a loud noise last evening. When others agreed to have a look the next day, Fred came immediately. Upon learning that he didn't stock a replacement part for my defective motor, Fred returned first thing the next morning and repaired it promptly. Fred is professional, thorough, provided prompt service and suggested tips that would help limit future problems. His price was consistent with his original quote, and he did not try to sell additional products / services. I will recommend Fred to friends and family who experience similar furnace issues, and will not hesitate to employ him again myself.

Fred came out to my house and did an outstanding job fixing my furnace, he was at my house right on the time window he gave me and didn't try to sell me a new furnace that I didn't need, I will definitely call him again if required.

These guys are professional and friendly and very efficient!! they looked at my furnace and they knew what the problem was they called a few places to get the best price for the needed part. and within an hour they came back with the new part and fixed my furnace ..
