The service from Cozy World is amazing. I dealt with both Fred and Sina and both of them were top notch professionals.
Fred noticed some loose cable, and improperly fitted pipe near the vicinity of my furnace (which had nothing to do with the AC installation), but yet included those fixes in the installation. Outstanding ethics!
Sina is equally impressive. Tiny gestures like placing his shoes neatly upon entering the house, asking for permission before using the washroom (and keeping it clean), and most of all vacuuming up the dust leftover after the installation. I wasn't expecting any of those, at least I have never seen any other contractor vacuuming after themselves!
Also, both of them always had masks on too, which is really appreciated in the current situation.
