This is the second time using Cozy world, I got a furnace and ac unit installed about 10 years ago. Cozy world installers were amazing great attention to detail I left a review for that here on Homestars back then. For the tankless installation Sima arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend using Cozy world , Boris returns messages pretty quick and installers are highly trained. They do the job right. I have had a lot of different work done at my house and have always had a problem with the installers from different companies. But not Cozy world I was in awe after the first time I used them. Thank you very
much Cozy world I always recommend you to family and friends. It’s very hard to find customer service like this these days.
