Cozy World are fantastic and it is no wonder why they are rated so highly. Great experience from start to finish. Robert was my go-to man, helped every step of the way, explained my options clearly. Did not force anything and gave 100% sound advice. Install was done professionally in such a clean manner without any hassle at all (install also included some duct work to be done).
They even filled out a rebate from Lennox for us, without even asking/requesting anything! Very impressed and truly appreciate this level of customer service.
Honestly, I don't have a single bad word to say about Cozy World, Robert and all other members who I may have spoken to. I will be acquiring their services again come spring for AC replacement.
