My furnace stopped working on Saturday evening, I gave Cozy World a call and provided the error code displayed by the electronic control module. Fred set up an appointment on Sunday morning. He arrived on time and promptly isolated the problem. It was due to a defective blower motor. He proceeded to replace it. I am very impressed with Fred's knowledge and professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend Cozy World to my friends and family.
