Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in the winter. We received various quotes but Fred's price, for the same product, beat all others. Fred was courteous, took time to explain the issues with our previous furnace and extremely prompt and professional.
He explained that our basement wasn't vented properly, which had caused our previous furnace to overheat and break, so he went ahead and drilled vents outside and within the basement.
Fred went above and beyond and we are extremely happy with the product he sold us.
