I am writing this review one year after the installation as we wanted to see how well the equipment worked through the heating and cooling seasons. We could not be more satisfied. A year ago Farhad from Cozy met with us, listened to our needs and made an excellent recommendation for the whole package at a very good price. Kam and his partner installed the equipment and it was clear they were very experienced and professional. Everything was completed on time and they left the place very clean. The first thing we noticed was that the air in the house felt more fresh than before. With our previous AC our bedrooms upstairs were much hotter in the summer than the rooms downstairs. My wife was very happy when the summer temperature upstairs is now about the same. So we are happy with the recommendation, the installation and the performance of the equipment.
