I contacted this company based on previous Homestars reviews and from the get-go was extremely pleased with the service. We had bought an old house in Toronto and our 22 year old furnace died on us. After contacting Cozy World, I got a quote the same day. All the different options and rebates were well explained. Installation was completed the following week without a hitch. Friendly service that took care of our home and explained everything we needed to know at the end. All rebates were processed after installation which made it easy on us.
