Boris came and assessed our needs without delay, and provided a very thorough overview of our options, as well as information about all applicable rebates. The installers (Kam and his partner) were very professional and respectful, and took the time to explain the new system and thermostat to us. Boris processed all the documents needed for rebates, making that part a breeze. Excellent service, great product, great price. Highly recommended.
