This is the second time we have worked with Boris and his team at Cozy World and are very happy we chose them. They did a great job on an A/C installation so we didn't hesitate to call them when looking for a new furnace. Their service is second to none.
Boris answered my email within two hours and was here the next day reviewing our furnace requirements. We were replacing an old furnace and Boris provided us with three options. He explained each choice carefully drawing diagrams and listing the pros and cons for each. We went with the most efficient furnace and are happy we did. We noticed the difference right away. The house is now much for comfortable and the heat more evenly distributed.
The installation team headed by Kham were top notch. They went above and beyond by fixing some small issues we had with our upstairs vents. They were really polite, efficient and very knowledgable. They took the time to explain in detail how the new furnace and thermostat worked.
