my furnace stopped working in January, Boris arranged an immediate replacement for me by moving some of his non-priority work schedule. He and his team did a very thourough job. He also submitted a rebate on my behalf as well as bringing my old water heater back to [competitor name removed-- Ed]. I'm very happy that we decided to go with Cozy World.
