Had Cozy World install my AC and furnace in my primary residence two years ago, and was completely satisfied with pricing, service, follow-up. So Boris and Cozy World were my obvious choice for having installation done at rental property. Excellent product, excellent installation service by Kam and his team. Great communication throughout, impeccable cleanliness after the project. Plus they disconnected and hauled off my ancient AC unit for $100, less than other quotes I had received. Pleased to see they are evolving their product line too, keeping on the cutting edge. These guys know their stuff. have a reasonable pricing structure. I could not recommend them more highly!
