Boris and his guys were prompt, friendly, and very good at honestly communicating with us about the situation with our furnace and AC and our options for replacing them. They worked hard and went to great lengths to make the whole experience pleasant and hassle-free for us. The price was very reasonable relative to other quotes we obtained. I can't recommend Cozy World highly enough for anyone dealing with a furnace issue.
