My AC was down during the hottest week in recent memory and Fred was willing to come in at the end of the day on a same day call. The problem was not clear and despite the extreme heat, Fred and his assistant were patient and willing to try a few different avenues until it was resolved. And they took off their shoes in the house!
Knowledgeable and dedicated. Highly recommended!
