I had called a few companies before calling Cozy World. I spoke to Boris and he was by far the most inexpensive and gave straight talk about everything. His crew came out and installed it that same week! They were polite and professional. I had asked for a pump, but they pointed out my old one still worked so they saved me an extra $80 right there. Other contracters may not have been so forthcoming as I wouldn't have known any different if they hadn't said something. And the warranty is in my name so I can go right to the manufacturer if there's an issue (just in case Boris wins the lottery and retires!)
I'm extremely happy with the furnace and the service, I'll recommend them to anyone. I'll be using their services again when I move next year!
