Boris gave a prompt response, a reasonable quote, and a detailed explanation. As an extra he even found out that we had a gas leakage around the gas meter when he checked our old A/C unit. My husband and I are very pleased with how professional Boris and his team are. Cozy World is highly recommended to any families that need A/C or furnace service. By the way, our two pet cats LOVE Mr. Boris Sherman too!
