Boris called me back right away and answered all questions patiently and thoroughly. He even sent Kam in to look at my duct work to ensure there would be no issues with installation. Kam is a gem of an installer and did a excellent job. He didn't even care that it was pouring rain and he was soaked to the skin getting the work done. He only wanted to make sure the system was installed on the day promised.
I can't recommend them enough. Our new Goodman system is fantastic and Dealing with Cozy World is a pleasure.
