An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I bought a new goodman high efficiency
model GMH95 from Majestic indoor air, because my old furnace had a cracked heatexchanger due to a bad installation, therefor I wanted to not get ripped off this time,
Fred was the only guy who explained every little thing for me and made me realize he is an experienced installer,its one thing when you deal with a sells person and another when you are dealing with the person who is going to do the job, he showed me things that other sells guys didn't even see, he offered me a good warranty, and a great price 1000 dollars less than these big guys in the business, I decided to go with him because also he is a pleasant guy to deal with, the installation was done last week my furnace is working great, its less noisy looks nicer ( great sheet metal work) and hopefully I ll see my gas bill is smaller too.
I highly recommend Majestic if you need a new furnace ..
