An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
From our initial phone call requesting information through to the installation of our new equipment majestic has delivered everything that was promised and then Fred was extremely knowledgeable not only about the products but also about the other equipment of the house. He answered all of my questions and never once made me feel foolish. Fred was also here on the installation date. arrived right on schedule. Even though they had to take out our very old and dirty equipment, then install the new equipment, you would never know by looking downstairs. They left everything spotless. When they finished they sat down with me to explain how the new equipment worked and taught me how to use the new thermostat.
