Our furnace, on the coldest day of the year, breaks down. One call to Boris and within 2 hours a technician is at our home to diagnose the problem. We are told the heat exchanger is cracked and needs replacement. Our warranty also coveres for the replacement of the old furnace with a NEW furnace.
