Boris and his crew are extremely good in their field. Boris, a true gentleman/
business man, arrived on time; reviewed the requirement and made his
recommendations together with a firm quoted price. He talked me into
acquiring a smaller unit when other companies were trying to sell larger
more expensive units. The installation was made in May 2012 and I have
waited until we received this extreme 36 degree July weather to properly assess the Goodman A/C - which I give an A++
