Exceedingly satisfied with professional installers and management - prompt and clean. Thanks, Boris, for running a fine shop. Now that I have a new system, let's hope, it will work work fine when cold weather demands a more sever test; and that maintenance services and follow-ups will be prompt also.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Follow-up on minor annoyance ... e.g. externally attached air cleaner mechanism has sharp edges, and do not facilitate air cleaner removal/installation.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Installation of a new furnace to replace a 14-year old working one was necessitated by need to replace water heater venting pipe (cracked) - easier to replace furnace and water heater venting pipes at the same time as dry wall needed to be cut to permit installation.
