I was very pleased with the service from the initial request for an estimate to the actual installation. Boris returned my phone call the same day, took a lot of time to explain his recommendations, was very organized and paid attention to detail. For example, of the 4 companies that come out, only Boris pointed out that my neighbour had placed a large object against my wall and that it would be an issue for access and venting, and suggested I ask my neighbour to remove it. The two guys who did the actual installation were prompt, professional, and efficient. They broke a lightbulb and Cam insisted I take his money to replace it. They left the area very tidy and made recommendations for maintenance of the furnace. I'm someone who has to feel like I can really trust who is working on my house and I felt very comfortable with Boris - he seems to really care about his work and less about making the deal (which is what I felt with others). I have a drafty old house - it is now warmer and I'm very happy about that!
