Fred from Majestic came highly recommended by a friend who was very satisfied with work he had performed for him recently. I had a problem with the furnace in a house I bought last year which required a straight forward part replacement (only) and the tech who's number was on the furnace from a previous visit wanted a small fortune to source and install the piece.
Long story short, Fred showed up at my place exactly when he said he would and installed the part quickly, cleanly and without talking down to me or trying to sell me a new furnace (like everyone else in the industry seems bent on doing).
Bottom line is the job ended up costing me half of the other guy's quote and Fred's card is now stuck to my furnace in case I ever need someone who I can trust to do first rate work at a fair and honest price.
