Tankless hot water tank

Cozy Comfort has been serving our hot water tankless system for several years. They have been fantastic as they understand the urgency in response to fixing our tank when it once broke down. We have a hair salon and having hot water is critical. They understood our situation and were at my salon right away. They were fast and clean and got us up and running in no time. There pricing was fair and most importantly they never took advantage of me when I was in a desperate situation. Thanks guys!

Complicated installation which was completed satisfactorily. Staff followed up to make sure I was happy and did a follow up visit to make sure everything was working properly. I love the new fireplace!!!
Would definitely recommend.

1) Furnace Cleaning, new furnace motor installation and humidifier repair

Furnace was malfunctioned and not working properly. The humidifier also stopped working . Called Cozy Comfort Plus and they immediately sent technician over on the same day. Now the furnace and the humidifier are running smoothly. Many thanks to Mory from Cozy Comfort Plus for his outstanding service.

Double sided fireplace

Cozy comfort installed my 2 sided gas fireplace, and it looks stunning! They were great and reasonably priced. They even installed the gas line to outside so that we could hook up our BBQ. We've been loyal customers for years! And they always stay on top of the fireplace cleanings every year as well, to ensure that we remain covered under warranty

The worker new what he was doing and was very theral .He also recommend what to do so it would run better in the future.

Tankless water system installation and ongoing service.

Very professional organization with great communication. Very happy with the Navian system that they recommended, and the amount of money I have saved due to the ongoing efficiency. Really appreciate the proactive calls to schedule services.

I have enjoyed the experience so much, I just booked them in to do duct cleaning.

I called Cozy Comfort because the pilot light in my fireplace went out and I couldn’t restart it. They sent a technician that same afternoon. I was very surprised at the prompt service, since it usually takes forever to get a technician to make a house call in this city. The person who came was courteous, fixed the gas valve problem, and had the fireplace running in no time.
