The technician from Cozy is a familiar face,Maury, he is also the same person who took care of our seasonal furnace maintenance aswell.
As always the work was done in a very courteous and professional manner, very clean,couldn't have ask for more except maybe getting done for free.

Furnace install and inspection

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I have had these guys procure and install a boiler for my condo a few years ago.
Their staff is courteous, efficient and honest.
The quality of their work is good and so far I had no issues with results.
They also keep track of installed devices and check with me whether a boiler needs an inspection.
Boiler inspection does cost extra.
I'm not including the cost of my boiler and install since it is an older condo and the unit required price does not reflect an average market value. So it is on the expensive side. I do not have any experience with these guys outside of this project so believe specifying the cost would not be representative of their pricing. So I provide an cost of inspection instead - 150CAD+tax

They installed in 2011 and have been doing annual maintenance for us ever since. The technicians are always knowledgeable and perform their tasks in a timely fashion. Recommendations are made based on findings and necessity.

Furnace/AC/Hepa Filter/ Humidifier installation

We converted our old east York home from oil to gas and cozy comfort helped out greatly.

They met with us several times to review options and make suggestions. They were patient while we thought it over and the installations went quickly and the work was professionally done.

I have recommended them quite a few times and will continue do so.

Fireplace installation and maintenance

We had a fireplace insert installed in our home during renovations, we initially had an issue with smell emanating from the fireplace, however once the technician came back to check it out and realized the problem and corrected it everything has been fine. The followup technician was pleasant, competent, efficient and personable.

purchased air conditioner

we purchased the air conditioner after searching for quite some time. when installed they were quick and efficient. there were no problems after installation. what impressed both my wife and I was that they kept in contact about maintenance. this is an aspect of service few companies do. they sell and say see you. not cozy comfort they contact me yearly about maintenance, which is good because it will mean a longer life for the unit and less cost down the road.
