I wanted to give them a 9.5 rating but can't quite figure out how to give the extra .5!!! I would have given this company a 10 but after they left and I had a real good look at the work and noticed that they either ran out of silver 'duct' tape or didn't quite finish sealing everything. Fortunetely I had some on hand and finished a very small section that needed attention.
A very minor detail but sealing areas that were cut out of a furnance to make room for new equipment is important.
Overall great company and would recommend them.
