Joe returned my call promptly, came by and and assesed the problem in less than 5 mins and then promptly resolved the issue in a quicker time frame than I expected. His service was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and when he fixes the problem he gets it right!. Joe also serviced a dishwasher for me about 5 years ago and it has been working pefectly since...when you call this company..make sure you ask for Joe!
