Last week my garage door wouldn't open all the way, it was bouncing up and down. I call Collett-Churchward and Frank called me back immediately. I told him what the problem was and he listened to me. He asked me to go out and check the spring and if there is more than one the spring it is broken. Sure enough that is what the problem was. Frank came out and fixed my door, he was kind and considerate. My door was fixed and I got to go on with my day! I even gave him a tip. Thanks Frank.

Frank is really a first class contractor. I called him one morning last week to see if he could fix our garage door. He had installed our garage doors back in 2000 and they still look fantastic eight years later. Well he called back within an hour, came the next morning and had the estimate and time fram to fix it within the day. They panel had been hit by my roof rack (dumb blond move) as I'd backed out. Rather than replace, he repaired the section economically and quickly. Again, Frank is an honest, reliable and first class contractor. You won't be disappointed.

We first used Collett- Churchward to install our automatic garage door automatic openers about 25 years ago. Their quality and service was outstanding, and the openers are still operating perfectly. Their senior installer, Frank, has come out several times over the years to repair other problems with our builder installed doors and has always gone out of his way to ensure a top quality job. I just wish all service people were as consciencious and capable as he is. I recommended him to a family member who needed new garage doors.
