Clegg Glass Ltd

I used this company for some work. The glass arrived very late and, when it finally did arrive, it was cut wrong. Nice enough people, but it was certainly a frustrating ordeal.

Poor follow up and multiple visits and errors. Very poor customer service. Do not expect reliable or service as promised.

Needed to replace a piece of glass in a window.
The would not install it unless the came out to take the measurements themselves and they charged for that. I was in a hurry so ordered it anyway. They took far too long and cost far too much and wanted $100,00 for local delivery . They messed up the bill and had to issue credit etc

We recently had Clegg Glass replace our shower enclosure with a glass surround and door. From the outset it was a pleasure dealing with Clegg Glass. From the receptionist through to the installation team the experience was positive. Ted Clegg is a gentleman with the customer's interests at heart. The new shower stall is beautiful. In terms of follow up service there was a minor matter that needed to be addressed and Ted promptly sent the installation team out the next day after I called. The issue was quickly resolved and left such that if there are any issues in the future they would be looked into. we would definitely do business with Clegg Glass in the future !!!

The company is a middle man when ordering glass products and they don't stand on the customer's side when the glass comes with errors - major errors! Ted, the owner is plain rude and disrespectful. When I wanted my glass to be given to me error less or my money back (after 7weeks of trying to get the glass right), he told me he would not do anything for me, he would not send the glass back to the manufacturer to be redone again, and he refused to give me my mony back. He said "go home and complain to the better busines biuro, because I am done with you!" that is a direct quote!
