With over 10 years experience in this business, Brent was able to point out any minor deficiencies that could easily be fixed, and discussed what some of the key issues could be and what he is looking for. He was very knowledgeable and personable, patiently answering all of our questions. He prepared a written report on site and left us with a binder that contained not only the report, but a host of things a homeonwer should be aware of and do during ownership of a property.
