Our extension had a crawl space where the bottom was limestone and condensation from the ducting caused wet and mold to start. We caught it in the nick if time. CBS WAS fast to respond to my inquiry with and onsite visit and immediate quote for the encapsulation of this space. The booking was smooth and the workers who were onsite were very courteous and professional, happy to do their job. It made for a very positive overall experience

We had lived in our home for almost 2 months and I never set foot in the creepy basement. We had a damp basement and 2 large crawlspaces in our home built in 1880, so it is a stone and rubble one. Jose and his installers, Trevor and Dustin came in, trenched the wet area and installed a sump system, then installed the cleanspace system to the basement and crawlspaces, now it is dry and so clean, I went down there and was not scared at all. We also had a dehumidifier installed to lessen the moisture to keep insects out of our home, it is going to make our lives here so much more enjoyable.

We have a sunroom addition that had been installed by a previous owner. Due to a combination of poor soil and what appeared to be supports installed at inadequate depths the structure had settled. We hired Clarke Basement Systems to install their SmartJack system to stabilize the structure. Using the SmartJacks they also raised one of the corners of the sunroom which brought windows and doors back into alignment. It was like night and day to have doors that no longer stuck when attempting to open them. From meeting with Ron who came to assess the job and provide a quote through to booking and work completion communication was excellent. The job took two days and it was heavy work. It gave us added comfort that Don Clarke (owner) was on site throughout, working with his installation team. He was very patient and courteous in walking us through what they were doing as the job unfolded. Our experience was positive and we would not hesitate to hire Clarke Basement Systems again should the need arise.

I just purchased this old house, and we uncovered how poor the condition of the foundation was due to water coming from the old down spouts. We quickly change the roof and the eaves system, and hired Clarke basement systems to install the interior waterproof system. We’re so happy with the product because of its low profile shape we didn’t have to dig too deep and risk undermining our old foundation wall! Our basement had a musty smell and some soiled dry wall. When we opened the wall, there were serious cracks in the foundation and mold. Ben Wallis explained the fix (which was quite complicated but made sense). Lucio, Dimitri and Russell came in to do the work. Everything was done meticulously, explanations along the way, and full clean up after they were done. This company has given us faith in companies and workers again. Absolutely excellent start to end.

We believe that maintaining equipment is important so we have yearly service on our sump pump and have had no problems with it.

our window wells were not properly done when it was first installed and as a result, continuous water problem. Clarke came and performed a professional job. They came on time, minimal disruption to the garden around the well, tidied up when the job was completed. Very satisfied with he job

I called and a service tech was at my house with 48 hours. Ali was fantastic. He did a thorough inspection, explained his findings to me, and completed them promptly.
