My old sump pump was making huge noise with a thudding sound every time the water was discharging. I contacted Ryan at Clark Basement System. He honoured my request and tried to accommodate my installation date as quickly as possible and promised if someone cancels, he would make sure that my installation can be done earlier. As promised, the installation was done earlier than expected. The installation guy Hucio, Dimitry and Dustin did a fantastic job .and they cleaned up nicely after the work. I would definitely recommend them .It was a bit pricey but i got the value out of it . It was worth it.

Ron Monk came and quickly assessed where the leak in my basement was coming from. The repair team came in and within 2h ours had completed the work.

Got my crawlspace encapsulated with Clarke Basement Systems. They did an amazing job! Ben Wallis (Inspector) first came for a detailed no cost inspection, he explained all the issues that existed and the solution......The production crew was excellent. Lucio (foreman) along with Dimitry & Pedro did an excellent job with the encapsulation. They were very professional, always on time and their work was high quality with excellent finishing!

Our cold room was not used and on top of that was liking. We contacted Clarke Basement Systems for an estimate as they have done work for us at our previous address. We now have an extra storage room that we can use.

The workers were very respectful of our home leaving no garbage to clean up. Dave was very attentive to my questions and gave me a good explanation of the process involved.

"Skilled labor isn't cheap / Cheap labor isn't skilled". This certainly rang true for our experience with Clarke Basements. Chris, Dave and Rob were nothing but professional from day 1. They were all willing and able to do a little hand holding throughout the project. Chris promptly answered all my questions that came up in the planning stages. My sump pump gave out at the beginning of day 2 of the install. Dave took it upon himself to not only install a replacement free of charge, but cleaned all the nasty iron deposits out of our sump pit! This showed me the care, pride and professionalism that this crew took in their work. We initially had a little sticker shock when the job was first quoted but we have no regrets with our choice to have Clarke Basements do the job.

The project is a game changer, our crawl space looks completely different. We are very happy and so glad we did it. It’s a big investment but totally worth it!

I called Clarke Basement systems in the morning on Jan 22, 2021 to advise I had a problem with water backup in my front lawn. An inspector surveyed the situation right away on the same day within 2 hours. This assistance was followed up by another repairman who came in the same afternoon. He was able to locate the problem and fix it. The problem was root accumulation in the drainage pipes leading to our drainage system in our front lawn. This was a serious problem that could have caused water backup in our house. The service was done in ONE DAY. We are TOTALLY SATISFIED with this great service.

Lucio and Russell spent 2 days on a crawlspace encapsulation for my 1880's cottage - a very tight space over a dirt floor (not an easy task!). They were fantastic - fast, efficient, cleaned up well afterwards, shared pictures of progress, professional-all-around.

Ron, the inspector who first assessed and quoted on the job, was knowledgeable and helpful in talking through the options. Felt like this project was in good hands from the beginning.
