I've had a Clarke Basement sump pump for over 14 years and it's the best thing I ever did! It's an excellent pump and the company is very reputable. My serviceman, Ali, comes every year to service it and keep it running perfectly! Even in the heaviest rain, I never have to worry about water in the house! My pump was making some weird noises, I called and Ali came today, right on schedule to replace my pump! I am so pleased with the prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service! Thanks, Ali!

Our basement was leaking groundwater all the time. Our sumppump couldnt keep up so we had numerous floods which created mold.
We contacted Clarke Basement Systems and they installed a complete new system including two sumppumps that can handle the water problem. David, one of the installers, was was so good (actually the other installer was just as good) They completed the job in two days and finished up with a very tidy basement. They were very respectful and careful not to mess up the house coming in and out with basement debris. We are very happy with their work and happy that our flooding problem is now a thing of the past. We highly recommend this company to help you with any water issues you may have. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Wow! Truly a fantastic experience. Clarke Basement Systems goes above and beyond from the moment you call and meet with them. Logan was amazing right from the start. He diligently inspected the crawl space and set out recommended requirements in detail to help make the crawl space right and "healthy" for the home. Logan was also very patient with any consistant questions I had prior and during the job and always responded promptly with a smile. He knows first hand what is needed as he also worked and continues to work on the job site apart from the sales aspect. Logan, Jose, Carlos and Trevor were absolutley amazing. Given such a tight space, they were professional, punctual, friendly and wow their meticulous work is so much appreciated and left their work space clean. The transformation is incredible. The crawl space is so incredibly clean and well sealed, insulated and protected. They also left their work space clean and removed all prior debris and old vapour barrier from the crawl space.  Given issues with high humidity and a higher water table in the area they encapsulated the crawl space with high grade products called smart seal, insulated with an R20 Product, added an efficient dehumidifier and sump pump and now am happy to have a cottage that is not only well insulated but protected from humidity and water issues. I can't thank them enough especially given how much they did working in such a tight space which must have been very difficult physically. Truly amazing. You will be very happy with their professional and meticulous service. 10 star review and my go to highly recommended company for anything related to basement or crawl space renos and maintenance. It truly is comforting to know there are business' and contractors that stand up to their word and fullfill a job as was promised. (which is hard to find sometimes these days) Thank you Clarke Basement Systems, Logan, Jose, Trevor, Carlos and also Robert from earlier contacts and Don from the home show. I know others in the area can definetly use this service and I will definitely be referring them to you both in cottage country and in the GTA. The only issue I had is finding an electrician to connect the dehumidifier, sump pump and heater. It would have been great to have this all done as a one stop shop, but likewise understand why this is best done separately. I am happy that I found another amazing electrician to help finish last minute connections for the dehumidifier, sump pump and heater connections. Logan also came back to ensure drainage and discharge for the sump pump was working efficiently and water was running well away far from the home which is something he did on his own above and beyond after the job was finished as the original discharge was a bit too close to the house which I wasn't comfortable with. Given the time frame of cold weather and freezing ground, he was able to finish this quickly. He also wanted to make sure the landscape was finished properly after digging a trench system for the  discharge pipe. Customer service and project management by Logan superseded expectations. I can trust any future maintenance will also be handled smoothly. What a fantastic team! Look no further and call Clarke Basement Systems. You will be so happy you did.

We were concerned about the condition of two of our window wells and contacted Clarke Basement Systems to make an appointment for an inspection. We were extremely impressed with the information package sent by the company, and even more impressed with Tom Parker who came out to look after our concerns. Fortunately for us, he was extremely honest and put our minds at rest. He even refused to take any payment for his time. We wish all companies had representatives like Tom who put integrity first. Should we ever need waterproofing and foundation repair in the future, we will only contact Clarke Basement Systems.

This company is extremely professional. Ali came to my home on time, and was knowledgeable and courteous. He took care whilst at my home, wearing shoe coverings, and shared information about the sump pump system that I found valuable. I would highly recommend this company.

Clarke Basement Systems is very professional and accommodating. I had a tight timeline and Logan was able to meet with me on short notice, go over all the options, explain what are recommendations vs required items and give me a timely quote.
The work was scheduled for days which worked great for me. The workers, Lucio and Stefano, were efficient, friendly and prompt. They also took the time to walk me through their work and explained maintenance and anything else I needed to know about. (Note: my sump pump is pre-existing and crooked - the photo is for the cover installation only.)
On the whole, I feel exceptionally well taken care of by the whole team and that my property is well protected from potential water/moisture damage. I would recommend Clarke Basement Systems to anyone and will use them again for any of their other services.
