Clarke Basement Systems is very professional and accommodating. I had a tight timeline and Logan was able to meet with me on short notice, go over all the options, explain what are recommendations vs required items and give me a timely quote. The work was scheduled for days which worked great for me. The workers, Lucio and Stefano, were efficient, friendly and prompt. They also took the time to walk me through their work and explained maintenance and anything else I needed to know about. (Note: my sump pump is pre-existing and crooked - the photo is for the cover installation only.) On the whole, I feel exceptionally well taken care of by the whole team and that my property is well protected from potential water/moisture damage. I would recommend Clarke Basement Systems to anyone and will use them again for any of their other services.

I was just looking for help unloading my furniture from a moving container and these guys came highly recommended. They were very fast and friendly. You can expect quick quotes, proper insurance and professional staff who can help with all steps of your move; including reassembly on the other side if needed.

It was an extensive job and the crew were very professional throughout. It took a week to do 6 rooms + hallway, including ceilings. There was a bit of rushing at the end which resulted in missed spots but Ryan came back in a timely manner to touch up the spots and I'm very happy with the results.

My old stacked washer wasn't working properly any longer and after a quick look Peter explained how the transmission was broken and that the cost to fix it would be the same as buying a new machine. He took the time to discuss replacement options and what's involved in the removal of my old machine. He also kindly took a few minutes to look at my dishwasher which had been making noises and let me know there was nothing I needed to worry about and what I needed to watch for there given the make and age of that machine. All in all great service. Peter is courteous, informative and professional. I highly recommend this company.
