Our technician came to the house and completed the work well and quite quickly. He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself very well - especially considering he had to jackhammer into our basement floor.
He left his card stuck to the wall and I received the warranty via email. If the workmanship stands up, I'm very happy with the result. They were great!
