We have been having problems with our basement leaking for quite some time now. Recently they was a rain storm and I spent most of the night sucking up water with the shop vac. That was the last straw, we had to get this fixed. I went straight to the internet and found Clarke Basement Systems. I am the type of person that does my research and I read everything I could. So I scheduled an appointment and met Ryan the salesperson. Ryan showed up on time with samples of all the equipment. I found that he was not trying to be the pushy salesperson and make me spend money on what was not needed. He seemed to be looking out for my best interests...is that even possible with sales people today? He was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail, was willing to put up with my constant questioning and was an all around nice guy. I was impressed and was ready to get the work done. After scheduling a day to have them come out, they arrived promptly on time and I met the crew. Jose, Edgar and Jeremy. They got right to work and were very fun to talk to. They did an amazing job, and when they left, the basement might have been cleaner then when they started. Jose took the time to explain the new sump system and how it worked. Even though do to my research I could have given my own sales presentation. Overall I couldn't be more impressed with the service, the work, and the equipment. I think it's starting to rain, and the shop vac has been put away. Ahhh piece of mind!
