Fitz Wilks and team did the installation too quickly: when they filled back the concrete to cover the hole, they did not leave enough space to put the tiles flush with other tiles. they sent someone to grind the concrete to a level where tiles could be installed flush. Also, they damaged tiles with a jackhammer and would not admit to fault. They paid for half the cost of repairs.
I hope that these problems do not reflect on the level of water protection I am getting.
Fitz is very friendly and gives the impression that he knows what he is doing.
The house is semi-detached and the basement was lowered a few years ago before we bough the house. Water was leaking from the neighbour's basement. The solution is to dig a trench on the inside along the shared wall and part of the outside wall that drains into a sump pump.
