I called Clarke Basement Systems on a warranty issue for a system installed some two years back. Fitz Wilks, their inspector, responded to the call and explained that he wished to run tests and check the installation. Fitz had to work under some difficult conditions but all times he remained polite and professional.
Fitz arrived on time, or communicated if he was running early or late. He did exactly what he said he would, even changing his schedule to accommodate my needs. He demonstrated that he clearly understood his company's system as the cause and the remedy were exactly as described in his report. The works have been successfully completed.
