I called Clarke Basement Systems twice to repair a leak in the foundation of my home. One repair was made from the outside. The work was done neatly, with all digging done in a neat way. The repair was done and no further leaks have sprung from that repair. All the earth was replaced frame where it came.
The second time the repair needed to be done from inside. I have a completely finished basement so drywall, insulation, vapor barrier all had to b e removed. The repair was done. To my complete surprise, the workman, Claude, replaced the vapor barrier and insulation. Then he replaced the drywall all with new products. He even taped and muddled the joints and made the wall paint ready. He was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I had to call upon Clarke Basement Systems a third time for an unrelated leak. Claude came to my house and tried to find the location of the leak. It turned out to be a leaky plumbing pipe and not a leak in the basement wall. The service call was FREE, amazingly since the problem was not a leaky foundation wall.
