AVOID this place.
Like other reviews state... these people are beligerent and extremely lacking in building positive rapport. Both the owner and his manager have no customer service skills. They never admit that they make mistakes. They will likely respond to this negative review by denying and blaming me, the customer. They do not engage in resolution and hang up the phone if you disagree with them. They do not value customers and repeatedly speak about how long they have been in business so they cannot possibly be wrong. They keep accusing HomeStars and other review pages of only posting negative reviews acting as though they don't get any. Do not spend your hard earned money on belligerent, rude, and disrespectful individuals such as these. Read their responses to other reviews and you can clearly see their negative attitude and tone, and imagine how poorly they conducted themselves when an issue arose.

It never ceases to amazes me that terrible sites like this always attract disgruntled private users with poor reviews calling us out how we conduct business but hiding behind their unanimity and providing zero details to the actual issue if one even exists. We have over 102 reviews on Google and have a 4.7 rating and another 400 5 star reviews on line and have been in business for 30 years. I have no doubt this is another fake review designed to slander our great reputation...we always look after our clients and any service issues that may arise. This review was removed and now re posted because I will not agree to pay Homestars an "Account management fee ". worse on line venue around shaking down businesses for fees in order to release any 5 star reviews that post but always releasing 0-1 star.
