This was my second time dealing with this company but the first time at my own home. They live up to their quotation and installation date. They work neatly and clean up once done. I liked receiving their follow-up call to see if I was satisfied.

Work was performed flawlessly, timely and in a manner that did not require further work on the inside of the house, specifically existing walls and painting.

Workers were courteous and knowledgeable.

Our experience with the company from start to finish was professional, courteous and impressive. The installation of our windows (replacing old wodd windows) was a complicated and messy job. The installers were first class and worked quickly and cleanly to ensure perfection. They were experienced and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend this company.

From the inital contact, through to the post job follow up, this outfit is top notch. They were prompt, and did what they said they would do within the timeframe they stated, and for the price they quoted. What I liked best about the organization is that the on site fellows were so well mannered, conscientious, got right down to work and stayed focused until the job was done. All the while not disturbing the household activities. They ensured all my questions were answered and it seemed to me that they honestly wanted me to be satisfied with the work they had done. That is almost unheard of these days! Well done.

Recently, Casa Bella Windows replaced our windows and kitchen door. Michael is wonderful to work with as he always solved my particular problems innovatively and as best as he could. The workmen were incredibly polite and professional. They bent over backwards to make our renovation go as smoothly as it could. They cleaned up so well, the room hardly looked like it had been without a window a few hours earlier! We are really happy with the new appearance and the lack of maitenance that the vinyl provides. My neighbours have already been over to see our renovation and have asked for cards and brouchures. Casa Bella Windows has done an exceptional job from the beginning to the end - a 5 star job!

I was very impressed with a job well done. The windows were installed professionally, with no mess at all. I left Rick & Chris in my house when I went to work & came back to find most of the work done in one day. They also disposed of the old windows. I am thoroughly enjoying my new windows and highly recommend Casa Bella.

I would highly recommend Casa Bella to anyone looking for a professional window and door renovation! My house was so spotless when I came home from work after the installation, that I couldn't even tell that the workers had been there. The windows look amazing and have completely improved both the interior and exterior of my 50 year house. My heating bills have also come down significantly as well.

Recently I had six windows replaced in my home and the experience was amazing. Casa Bella windows completed the job in two weeks From scheduling, to come out to check existing windows to pricing and then installation. When the Servicemen come to install the windows, they completed the job in one day, they did a great good on cleaning up, and they made sure everything was perfect. Could not have asked for a better company.
I would defenetly use Casa Bella windows in the future.
