We wanted to changed our living room windows, and a friend of mine recommended me Casa Bella, and to ask for Mark Adamson. We couldn't be happier with the work they all did. Not only that they took their time to do a great job with the windows and to explain to us the process, they also took the time to clean up so the room and the backyard would look as clean as they were before they got in. Anyone can agree that having to make changes in the house it is not a stress free experience. But having to work with Casa Bella was more than a happy experience. I already recommended Casa Bella, Mark Adamson and his crew to my neighbours. Thank guys for doing a great job and making everything so enjoyable.

We recently decided to replace all of the windows in our home, a total of approximately 21 in all. After a lot of research as to the products available to us, we decided on the Casa Bella Uniqwood option throughout our home, in order to balance the low cost and performance of vinyl with the warmth and look of wood on the interior of our home. From the sales cycle through to the end of the installation, we found Mike and his team to be very professional and very much interested in doing what was right for our home. The sales cycle was no pressure. Manufacturing of the windows was timely and installation started on the day given when we closed the deal. The installation crews were real craftsmen, taking their time to ensure that everything was perfect. Given the size of the job, and the number of things that could have gone wrong, we were amazed at how flawlessly the week progressed. The general feeling they left us with was that they would not be happy unless we were happy. And we are very happy!

We had all the old wood windows in our home replaced with Casa Bella windows. While I was more than satisfied with the quality of the windows themselves what really impressed me was the exceptional job the installers did. The team completed the work on schedule, left no mess whatsoever and installed the windows perfectly. They were very precise and detail oriented. They even fixed a sticky front door that they noticed!

We decided to change our 8ft sliding glass door. Casa Bella's sales person helped us to decide on a 6ft door with interior blinds, two frosted sidelights and rollaway screen door. They were very professional with decision making through to the installation, cleaning up after themselves and explaining what they were doing each step of the project. The addition of this beatufil door and sidelights not only makes our kitchen look bigger (as we no longer require the vertical blinds which protrude 4 inches into the room when open), our heating costs have gone down from last year at the same time. The look of the door and sidelights is very attractive and adds more appeal to our kitchen. From the outside, this new door and sidelights gives our house a more polished look with is attractive detailing.

Having dealt in customer service I can very well appreciate when a project from start to finish comes together without any problems. The timeslines given by Michael from Casa Bella were adhered to, his men were courteous professionals that worked efficiently throughout the 3 day job.Having an older home always makes such work more challenging for the individuals who have to oversome the not so obvious. The whole thing went off without a hitch.The end result is extremely pleasing to the eye hence increasing the value of the property, not to mention my heating costs are lowered due to improved windows.

After navigating through a list of window companies, we decided on Casa Bella Windows. I found the quality of their windows to be far superior to their competition, and the price was very reasonable. From the sales rep Nick Pasquale to the 5 installers, the service they all provided was nothing short of outstanding. The work crew was very professional, quick, and CLEAN! The house looks great both inside and out. We should have done it years ago.

Casa Bella replaced two large bay windows at the rear of our house (bedroom and family room) plus the vinyl between them. The also replace the front door. The installers were professional and extremely competent. I could not have been happier. Great work.
