After a few quotes and interviews with other companies sales we decided to go with Bella. Dan Taylor was our sales man. He really took the time to explained everything to both my wife and myself, and my wife have tons of questions. We were very comfortable with Dan and that's one of the reason we went with Casa Bella. The installation crew, amazing! The reviews from homestars didn't disappoint at all!
Casa Bella did a great job with the entire windows and sliding door replacement at our house. The crew was punctual all the time, nice and polite and really diligent with their work. All flooring was protected and the guys wore boots cover and always clean up their work at the end of the day. Pricing was very competitive and estimates were detailed. The installation went smoothly despite the cold weather. 5 ⭐️ all the way.

Brick to brick window replacement - entire house and sliding door replacement

From German (sales) to Bill (installation) and the crew, Casa Bella did a great job with entire house windows and sliding door replacement at my mom's house. The crew was punctual and really diligent about taking care not to damage the inside of the house while working there. All flooring was protected and the guys were all super nice. We went with Casa Bella because a few family members highly recommended them and we can see why. Pricing was very competitive and estimates were detailed. The installation went smoothly despite the cold weather. Next up...my house

We had 6 windows replaced including a large bay window and it was a great experience. The sales rep was transparent and able to provide straight forward esitmates without being pushy. The installers were on time, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The work was great and we are very happy with the final result. The windows are great quality and seem extremely energy efficient.

Great windows / doors, great installation

We had all of our old, rotten wood windows and patio doors replaced with Casa Bella's vinyl windows / doors. The windows have a very clean look, are energy efficient and very functional. The sales process was straightforward, price competitive and fully explained and we visited the showroom in Mississauga to get a close look at an example of what would be our final product. The installation was terrific. The team showed up each morning exactly when they said they would, they stayed focused on the job all day, laid down protective carpets everywhere, and cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside. We're hard-pressed to find anything to criticize.

After a bad experience with a previous window installation from another company, I contracted Casa Bella to remove and replace my basement windows. If you value superior products and craftsmanship above all else, then this is the company you want to do your windows. They were knowledgable, polite, clean and professional from A to Z.
