I retained Casa Bella to replace 18 of the original windows in my house, brick to brick. The quote provided by Dan was prompt and detailed. Dan was professional, helpful and pleasant from the beginning. He provided multiple quotes for various options, plus assisted with the selection by providing efficiency tables for various scenarios. The price was competitive compared to two other manufacturers. The installers were professional and tried hard to minimize disruption and keep the work area clean. The weather didn’t cooperate on the first day so Casa Bella provided extra crew on the third day to complete the installation in the estimated time. Windows look great and considering the great service and installation, Casa Bella will be my choice when it is time to replace the balance of the windows.
