Windows were replaced in the porch and the bathroom. It took half a year until the windows were ready. The install was efficient and they cleaned up very well. Windows look great. Large frames around them but it looks great to us.

2nd time I have used your company. Both cases windows were installed quick with no issues.

Reached out to the company 5 months after installation. It took numerous attempts to get hold of someone in service. (blame it on Covid) I had 3 problems: patio door lock and 2 windows with internal scratches that would have been done at the factory level.
The lock was repaired within a month. The scratches inside the two panes of glass that a human does not have access to is NOT covered under warranty. You have 2 weeks to notice and get back to them. REALLY!!! Doesn't say that anywhere. I would have to pay for the glass replacement. BUYER BEWARE.... SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The saleswoman was prompt and courteous, the work was done in a reasonable time frame and was properly installed.

Needed all new windows and sliding door. Work was done as fast as possible even with Covid happening. Work was done in 1.5 days happy with completed work

Absolutely horrible service. Rude receptionist, poor communication. My windows were delayed 3 months, after already waiting 3 months. They made no effort to plan, and every step was unapologetically delayed. I had to miss several work hours to accommodate there last minute requests. Windows we’re finally installed in winter after 6 months of ordering.
Ignored calls from my “project manager” no final walk through.
I had asked about tile around one window to be replaced and was told by multiple staff there would be no damage to the tile and the trim would cover all defects. After windows were install there was missing tile around the window and they said they are not responsible- not even offering a small help of repair tile after spending nearly 8K on their windows.
Zero customer care- couldn’t even speak and communicate my concerns without being rudely interrupted, ignored and threatened to pay or legal action would be taken (days after the install)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE. RUN AWAY FROM CANADIAN CHOICE WINDOWS!!

Stan from Canadian choice windows and doors went above and beyond for us! From the consultation to the work being complete he was always available and fantastic to deal with.
