Absolutely horrible service. Rude receptionist, poor communication. My windows were delayed 3 months, after already waiting 3 months. They made no effort to plan, and every step was unapologetically delayed. I had to miss several work hours to accommodate there last minute requests. Windows we’re finally installed in winter after 6 months of ordering.
Ignored calls from my “project manager” no final walk through.
I had asked about tile around one window to be replaced and was told by multiple staff there would be no damage to the tile and the trim would cover all defects. After windows were install there was missing tile around the window and they said they are not responsible- not even offering a small help of repair tile after spending nearly 8K on their windows.
Zero customer care- couldn’t even speak and communicate my concerns without being rudely interrupted, ignored and threatened to pay or legal action would be taken (days after the install)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE. RUN AWAY FROM CANADIAN CHOICE WINDOWS!!
